1. Investigating and identifying research needs in cancer prevention,
2. Carrying out fundamental and applied research projects,
3. Providing necessary and appropriate facilities for research activities related to the aforementioned goals and coordinating all facilities of the University of Zanjan in the field of cancer prevention,
4. Researching, compiling, writing, and translating in the fields stated in the goals,
5. Producing and publishing encyclopedias, dictionaries, books, scientific journals and cultural publications, and other products needed by the audience in printed and electronic form in the field of the aforementioned goals,
6. Holding meetings, conferences and chairs for critical and promotional theorizing,
7. Interacting with educational and research departments of universities, ministries, scientific and research centers, and non-governmental and private organizations such as charities, boards, and cultural centers to guide, support, and supervise theses and research projects in line with the needs of the community,
8. Establishing cooperation with other organizations and centers in line with the goals of the center,
9. Providing appropriate facilities for the goals of the center and establishing affiliated institutions and centers in accordance with the rules and regulations.
